Gota be honest it is mostly Jim and CPL, I have to figure it out. I should have it down by then. Now to get the girls to start laying. I know my d'Uccles should be laying by then.

Those darn Olive Eggers should lay some nice colors since they are holding them inside, instead of paying for their keep. Week 2 had to by store eggs

Yeah I Had The Same Problem With My Girls So I Bought Them Manna Pro Egg Maker and They're Laying Me a Good Amount Of Eggs

I haven't seen an egg in 2 weeks from my 14 hens. A few of them are molting and coupled with the shorter days and freezing weather, they all just stopped. We finally ended up buying a dozen of eggs from the store the other day, these are sad, sad times.

Have you tried using a lamp in the coop to give them 14 hours of ligt a day?

As a suggestion to every one trying to get the hens laying..you can try Fermenting your feed and adding a teaspoon of Layer Manna..
