Why can't you spell it?  I wouldn't even attempt to make it much less spell it.  I envy people that can really cook and have someone around to eat it.  I make about the same 5 dishes.  I have perfected pot roast because all my crew will eat it.  That is about as fancy as I get other than a basted meat loaf that cooks in a tomato/vinegar/mustard/brown sugar sauce.  Hope your dinner is a huge success.

It's actually really simple, for all intents and purposes it's potatoe and onion soup....it just needs to chill overnight to bring out the flavors

I made chocolate and craisin granola last night...hopefully there will be some left by the time my Fiancee gets home from work at 1...otherwise I'll have to make another pan...darn...

Good morning everyone. It's hatching time!!!
What's going on inside (outside) our chicken eggs-Day 20:

th_From-Egg-to-Chicken-20.jpg

After 20 days the chick is in the hatching position, the beak has pierced the air cell, and pulmonary respiration has begun. The yolk sac is contained completely within the body cavity in preparation for hatching.

Twentieth day -- yolk sac completely drawn into body cavity; embryo occupies practically all the space within the egg except the air cell
