I've got 3 NJ that should hatch today. Just put 5 BBS orps into lock down. My hatch is a bit staggered due to shipping times.

I came by here to see what was happening,before I checked my bator.LOL.Then thought,I better check,its early but still,I have 2 already hatched and several pipped!!!!

Shelley congratulations!!! Did you have any advance warning before you saw it pip? Which breed of yours is this?

Thanks! No - I was up late last night listening for internal pips and heard nothing. Hubby said he heard a chirp this morning, but I listened and heard nothing again. Then I just went to check before I go out to feed everyone and here my egg is pipped! I did hear it chirp a bit too so ... the shelf liner hasn't done anything yet! Eep!
