I am still very very new at the swapping of eggs with this NYD hatch, well this is my first! Is there another thread that everyone is talking about their eggs? Like candling and when they hatch?

I am new to this swap also. I plan to candle at 9 or 10 days and give a report on this forum here. And share the hatching results with pictures. Good luck with your hatch...

Is there a way we can find out how the eggs we sent for the mystery swap end up doing, or let people know how thier mystery swap eggs did? This being my first time shipping eggs, I'd really like to know how they did!

From what I've seen most people post updates as we hatch. But I'm sure if you ask your partner will tell you what your eggs are & how the ones you sent are doing.

Some of my eggs came a little early, tomorrow is lockdown on my quail eggs, when I candled them they looked great! I am so excited. I have not hatched quail before, well, or even thought about having quail but if I fall in love with these guys it's all over!!

I will have to get more! My other eggs did not fair too well with shipment. I have 2 left in the incubator, I hope they hatch! I raise large chickens, turkeys and guineas. So needless to say I have tried hard... not fall in love with any bantams! This swap may have ruined me!
I also received some duck eggs. (I did 2 swaps) They look amazing! 12 are still good after the 2nd candling. I can't wait to find out what kind of eggs they are. I want so bad to ask but I know I should wait!!!! It's killing me!

When you're ready to know what they are let me know. Mine was the box with quail.

how do I find the person I got eggs from? I have her name but not her screen name....I'm dying to know what kind of quail I have!!!
