Since such diseases are almost always virus based, anti biotics aren't indicated. Over use of antibiotics raises concerns of super bug creation.

Even if symptoms disappear, the birds become carriers.

Respiratory diseases are almost always dealt with by culling. Sorry.
Without a vet inspection, none of us can say with certainty, but again, culling is the accepted practice.

I have also hesitated to give antibiotics. I am just looking for input. I also need to look into how to cull, as this would be my first. In my head I see a cutting board and a butcher knife, but that seems a bit off! I don't want to take her fighting chance but also don't want her to suffer.
