Young DD called me today when saw a billboard on the way to work today claiming it was the end and that the bible said so. She called and asked me if she'd missed something in the bible, lol. Told her nope, hadn't missed a thing. Then she called me again after being stuck in traffic for several hours and asked, "mamma, are you sure?".

As a true believer in God and His Holy Word~but not in anyone who thinks they know His mind and when He proposes to return~the irreverence expressed in this thread is enough to let me know that the evil in this world may just be sufficient for such an event to occur. Can't imagine it getting much worse...

Folks, just remember....you claim to respect all beliefs and you feel strongly about your own beliefs~or nonbeliefs~but I can't imagine you would feel too good about whole threads discussing how stupid are pagans and wiccans, Catholics or Muslims or Jews. Why then is is okay to have a free-for-all about Christian...or in this case, a little off Christian...beliefs? Though I do appreciate humor when it is in good taste, this thread has none.
