You did a fantastic job with the photos! Those a beautiful chicks!
It may be as long as 10-16 weeks before you'll be able to determine the gender of the chicks. The EE may be the hardest as they have small "pea" combs.![]()
If the RIR begin to have reddish combs early (around 4-8 weeks) they're probably males, as the comb on males gets redder and larger much faster than it does on females.
Thank you so much @song of joy yeah I heard that the EE and the Silkie would be the hardest. Ha! and now I just found out that my Silkie is crossed with who knows what.. Also, I've heard that for the RR that females would have a black line on the back of there head. Is this true with every case? Neither of mines have any kind of markings on their heads.
