Here is some info.

he hatched and when I took him out the incubator both legs were broken at the knee, both were completely out of their sockets and one leg had the knee bone sticking out of his skin.
I put the bone back in, put on Neosporin, set ,wrapped and splinted both legs also I put him in a harness that way his legs don't touch the ground. He also has a small cut on his upper right leg I put Neosporin on it everyday and its healing nicely.

I have a heat lamp, I'm feeding him sugar water and "Dumor NON-GMO 18% chick starter grower" and I have two other healthy chicks with him with a bit of cardboard that way they don't pick at him.

When this first started he was weak and I had to put the food in his mouth that way he would eat but now He kicks his legs and looks around and He pecks food and drinks water out of small cup when I hold it up to him(he eats and drinks a lot!)

He hatched on the 21st and I fixed him up the same day. (I thinks its either genetics or he got caught in the incubator) I know his chances aren't great but i'm doing what I can for him.

How long will it take for his bones to heal? Does anyone have any other advice on helping him?

What you have done so far is amazing! I have no idea on your question, but will do some research.
