Wry Neck can be a challenge to correct - it's a symptom. The cause - it's hard to know, but since she's so young it may be genetic, developmental, etc. (instead of disease that you see in older chickens)
Some things to look at would be is - is she gaining weight, feathering in normally, active - things like that.
Making the call to cull can be difficult with something like this. If the chick is thriving considering giving her more time might be in order. Some folks would cull at this point if no improvement is made. Your goals need to be looked at as well. If your chickens are more "pet" then keeping her and helping her along may be better for your situation. If they are for production, breeding, etc. then culling aligns more with your plans. (I would not use her for breeding)
