The one of the left is actually a mottled lavender. The two on the far right have more yellow down on their chest and hatched a whole 12-18 hours before the other two which are in the middle. The two in the middle have down that is a bit darker on their heads. I've read a lot about sexing orpingtons and it seems that it is one of the trickier breeds. There is even less on Lavender Orpingtons. All 5 have the same feather development on their wings.
Any advice or guesses would be appreciated!
