Does anyone know a method of making a waterer out of a 5 gallon bucket. My DH has tons of them from work (food grade) I have found directions for food but am not quite sure how to work the waterer.

Here's a great thread that will help you find what you are looking for.

This was from another post someone else had:::

We went today to get the oil pans that you use under the bucket and the oil pan was to small. Where can one be puchased that is big enough to handle the size of a 5 gallon bucket tuned upside down with the lid pound on. Is there any thing else that might work in it's place. The link show what I'm talking about.

Hope it helps

TSC has rubber pans. They are more flexible and thicker than the plastic oil pans. They come in several sizes. I think they are to feed horses in. Good Luck.
