5 month old and 6 week old introductions?

We have some babies that are between 6-7 weeks old that we are needing to integrate into our flock (they are quickly outgrowing our bathroom and I just want it to be clean again!). I am almost positive that 3 of the babies are cockerels (there are 8 total) - I am working on finding homes for them maybe with the exception of the blue buff orpington. We already have 1 rooster who is 5 months (cuckoo marans) and is super sweet, also we have 7 hens who are 5 months. They have all be introduced to each other multiple times over the past few weeks through hardware cloth. I can tell our rooster really wants to get to them and show them who is the top dog although he seems to be less aggressive over the past few days. We don't have enough room to build out a separate sleeping coop inside of our current coop for the babies. Is there a good way we can integrate them all together? Would it be best to wait until we find homes for the cockerels? The one who I am concerned most with is French White Copper Marans - he is definitely big for his britches and I am concerned that he and our Cuckoo Marans won't exactly see eye to eye. I've introduced the babies once to about 3 of the hens. There was definitely pecking and we ultimately separated them just because I felt like the babies were really small. Is there a good way to go about this so we can (hopefully) integrate them all within the next week or so? Sorry in advance for the novel!!

If you cant do a see but no touch setup then I would wait until they are close to the same size.
We have been doing that for a few weeks now (we just can't put a look but not touch inside of their actual coop where they sleep if that makes sense). We just gave them all some free time outside to mingle. There was definitely some pecking but for the most part they seemed to do ok... we let our rooster out and he didn't even go up to them 😂. We put them all back in their small coop run outside and the others are now mingling through the hardware cloth. I am going to try having them all out for another 15 min this evening... Do they need to be closer to the same size before we put the little ones in with the big ones overnight? They usually head into the coop around 8:30-9:00... I just don't know how to integrate the two together and don't want the littler ones to get picked on. Thanks so much for responding!

I did this but don't have roos, but what I found worked was giving plenty of hiding spots and an ability for the chicks to get back to their side of the run and escape attackers. My pullets were about 8 or 9 weeks difference in ages, as I put the younglings in at 3.5 weeks of age.

I'm more worried about the rooster trying to mate the babies. They will be "picked on" but they're mainly just trying to establish the pecking order.

Oh wow, now that’s something that hasn’t occurred to me. Does that happen often? He would definitely hurt them, especially my cream legbars since they are pretty small compared to the others....

How much space do you have......in feet by feet....in coop and run??
Dimensions and pics would help immensely here.

Hard to say how that 5mo cockerel will behave, but I'd get rid of all males but the one you want to keep asap.

Currently our coop is 6x5 and our run is 13x6 (which we will be expanding to be closer to 20x15). Right now they usually free range most of the day and stay in the coop at night. Here are a few pics (we are still working on it so it looks a little unfinished!).

If you look to the right you can see that smaller coop that we’ve been keeping the little ones in during the day (it’s not secure enough for them to stay in there overnight).

I am for sure one of our little ones is a cockerel. I’m still on the fence about two of them.... one is a blue buff Orpington and the other is a lavender olive egger. What do you think about them? Do either look like they could be pullets? Both hatched on July 1 so they are almost 7 weeks old. (The white chick is the one I’m sure is a cockerel - he’s a French white marans).
