5 month old cockerel or pullet?

I'm pretty sure Dorothy is in fact a she, but our BO just turned out to be a roo so I'm questioning things now. Can anyone tell me what they think and what grounds they base their info on (I'd like to learn as much as I can). Thank so much!

Dorothy is indeed a 'Dorothy". No pointy hackle and saddle feathers, minimal comb and wattle development, and dark barring - a barred rock cockerel would have lighter feathers and finer barring.

I would say girl based on her barring pattern.
