I watch my chickens fairly close. One day I noticed she was sitting with head pulled it, not moving much, I never catch her eating or drinking, day 2 I put her in a little cage, gave her some veg oil and water in a syringe, she swallowed it. I don't feel any thing in her crop. This is day 4, no change. She does get on roost at night. I am thinking she is going to die, but would like advice.

check and see if she is egg bound. what does her poops looks like ? have you check for mites? how do her feet feel - warm ? cool? listen to her breathing and see if you hear any clicking sounds

Oftentimes when a chicken is standing like that with minimal symptoms I try treating for coccidiosis first. Have you introduced any new birds or moved this chicken to new soil? Do you have access to corid/amprolium?

I hatched them all from eggs, 2 hatches one month apart, they've all been raised togother and kept in the same coop and run. Also they were all raised on several weeks of medicated starter.

Can you please get a better look at the side of her beak and inside the beak.
It looks like she has a lump along with some blood on the beak.

Well, I havn't been able to take any decent pictures. She started syptoms showing at least this past monday. She is still alive. She has to be getting nourshment at water somehow. Still with the twisted neck and gapping mouth. Somewhat better, but looks painful.

Have you picked her up and examined her closely? If not, then I'd wait until night when she's roosting, go get her and examine her.
