How big of a coop and run would I need for the two of them?

it wouldn't need to be huge, and you would only need one roost bar for the coop, as for the run I would make it no smaller than 8x4, but bigger run is always better! (a small coop is better so they can maintain heat)

Ok and how do I tell which is better for show? Any tips or things I should look for?

Neither of the birds were bought from a hatchery. They were bought from Magnolia silkies in Jacksonville Florida. She primarily breeds silkies and polish’s. My silkies from her have turned out beautiful. I just have never showed polish’s so I wasn’t sure what to look for.
