I just use a regular food scale that I got at WalMart.
I'm at work, so can't crack it open right now. I'll update when I do.

When I brought the egg to work today (I usually bring eggs to my co-workers) we had a great "show and tell" session. Their reaction was similar to everyone here! One of the guys that works in the next office came over with his cell phone and took a pic to send to his wife LOL! This is one reason I love having chickens - always something to talk about!
