So I just got some chicks from craigslist... might notta been the best idea but they were free. One has 5 toes but peach (normal-colored, not black) legs. White w/ black specs head, black/brown/speckled wings, RIR-colored red-brown shoulders. Prominent comb/wattle compared to the other 4 birds (all supposedly bantam: white cochin, red frizzle? black japanese (2)). The guy at the store said the reddish-brown (the one in question) one might be a red frizzle, but I forgot to mention it has feathered legs and hadn't yet noticed it has 5 toes.

Will post pics soon.

Possible 5 toe chickens are:

Dorking ,
Faverolle,
Houdan
Sultan
and silkies ( non bearded bantams)

Of these - - the following can have feathered legs:

Faverolle,
Houdan,
Sultan,
and Silkies.

So now you are down to 4 possible choices

Since it is suppose to be a bantam - - Silkie looks like a good candidate.

My black Frizzle has feathered legs, but not five toes. It can't be a Silkie if it has peach colored legs, Silkies have black skin and legs. My guess is a Faverolle, but posting pics would help greatly!

Just checked the McMurray's catalog and it does sound like a Faverolle rooster. Anyone in Colorado want a Faverolle rooster?
