5 Week Bantam, Breed? Hen or Roo?

Hello! We have a 5 week old chick that was sold to us as a silkie, but I don’t think that’s what we got. It’s much smaller than the other chicks, so I think it’s a bantam & has large feathers on the feet. Does anyone know the breed & if it’s a rooster? I think it’s a rooster due to the red combs/waddles but since I don’t know the breed, I’m not sure. Thanks for the help!!

I'm not really sure what breed it is, but it does look like a little cockerel.

yep, he's a cockerel, and is probably a mix. He could have cochin in him... how many toes does he have?

I've never had a bantam cochin but in my experience with the full sized ones cochins are the BEST gentle roosters. He's going to be really pretty
