I'd for sure get the corid, I like to have it on hand so I can start treatment immediately if needed. As far as to treat or wait you can do whatever your comfortable with. Corid is not an antibiotic and they won't build immunity so if you're more comfortable or are not able to keep a close eye on things for the next couple of days go ahead and treat them it won't hurt anything.
ETA: Like Speckledhen said, this is the prime age for cocci, so if you're seeing any lethargic chicks or something just seems a bit off I'd go ahead and just treat them.
