5 week old chick has trouble walking and eating

my five week old Gold laced wyandotte seems sick. she wobbles around and frequently "bunkers down" and closes her eyes. I have seen her walk around and drink water, but have not seen her eating. she is in a flock of a bunch of chickens so if she is contagious, I need to know soon.

Separate her, she’s not looking good, contact a vet but there’s not much you can really do with sick chickens except for separate them and dose them with medicine that you get from your vet

If that were my chick I would start by placing in a warm cage or brooder. 85 degrees, maybe even 90 might be best. What does it's poop look like?
