5 week old chick - weird breathing noise

Hi all!

I have a quick question about my 5 week old chick - Cedar. She is breathing a little weird (sounds like a little wheezing) and under her eyes pulses when she’s breathing.

Is she okay? Does anyone know what this is? Should I be concerned?

I cant say what it is. I had sick chicks once, they all got a cold and sneezed. All the chicks got over it without medication. The last one took 6 weeks to recover.
