5 week old chicks sick

I have chicks that are 5 weeks now and they one by one have been going lethargic, off feed and water theypuff themselves up/fluff out the feathers, have been vaccinated for Merricks and been fed medicated chick feed. The same stuff I have been feeding for several years… I am at a loss to what is happening

How are their droppings? Coccidiosis is the most common ailment for young birds but is not the only possibility.

The puffing up and lethargy would make me think that coccidiosis is a likely cause. Medicated feed (assuming it's amprolium) just contains a maintenance dose of coccidiostat, in the case of a severe infestation it is not enough.
