5 week old Pekin with drippy eyes

Birds don't get colds. They get respiratory infections often caused by fungal spores in wet/soiled bedding. If she were to have an infection, most likely the other birds would already be infected.

My bad, I meant respiratory infection. Other than fixing the waterer, what more do I do? why does she sound congested and hoarse but the others don't? I have changed their bedding every single day for over a month, made sure they had dry hay multiple times a day, too.

Your brooder looks a bit too small for all those ducks especially with the Pekins being so big. Do you have a kiddie pool you could convert into a brooder so they'd have more room? You could stand cardboard up along the sides of the pool or use a dog fence to keep them in it.

Here is mine with a catch basin for water too.

So I got them into bigger dog cages and the Lowes bucket waterers are great solutions - they can dunk their heads. Now the other Pekin is starting to breathe a little stuffy and the other one's eyes (who I originally wrote in about) are cleared up, but both of their nares are wet. The congestion is very light sounding and can be heard when they are quacking. Not so much when just sitting around. They are outside all day now, but not at night. Lots of water action. They aren't acting any different, but I think both of them now have a respiratory infection and I am wondering what, if anything, I should do. Should I separate the Khaki Campbell's from.thrm so they don't also get it?

Can you post a video of the one who's having a hard time breathing?

I wouldn't say hard time breathing, but a little congested? Or maybe this is just how bigger ducks breathe? I have a little video but can't figure out how to share it... :/ Working on it.
