5 week old pheasant? Boy or girl?

So I’ve been calling my pheasant “he” since he was in the egg. As he grew, I noticed his ear tufts come through and tiny spurs appear on his legs.. but now I’m beginning to wonder.

Is he really a he?!
I had somebody online tell me he was a girl but when I asked why he just mentioned his colour.

All pheasants of this age are the same colour, brown!

Any ideas?

I don't think you can tell until around 3 months when the boys start to color up.
