Boy or Girl?

I think he's a boy, but, not showing any signs of spurs on his legs. Hubby says girl, but he doesn't look anything like my other girls with all the fluff of his hackles. He is rather aggressive, but as far as I've seen, hasn't tried to mount others, as my other roos the same age are trying to do. Approximately 13 weeks old. I bought him from a straight run tank at TSC labeled Americana.

I think cockerel, looks like he has pointy saddle feathers, bright red crown and stocky legs. Mostly the saddle feathers are what made me think boy. I could be wrong.

I forgot to mention he hasn't crowed! I have someone who wants him, I just wanted to make sure he was indeed a he before I gave him to a lady to service her 10 hens. Had my husband been right, well...

He is, and will be going to live in a small flock where he is the only male. He will be in Rooster paradise.
