No. Not 100%. Sexing chicks at a few weeks old is (ETA) *almost never 100%.
I would say though that he is a cockerel.

I just think it’s funny because this is my first Polish when I made the post I was expecting a lot of “it’s hard to tell post more pics in a couple of weeks”

I am deep in roo denial. But Polish Roos are magnificent

One photo of just the wattles is generally not enough, but judging by the redness and size of the Polish at just 5 weeks, he is very likely to be a cockerel.
You can post more photos in a week or two, different angles, too.

With wattles like that already, he is indeed 100% a cockerel. His variety is white crested blue
