5 week old pullet died

Hi — we had a little one die this morning. We’re not sure why. She always seemed a little smaller than chicks from the same hatch, but she was a hen with 2 roos so we didn’t think much about the size difference. Today she looked like she was having hiccups, or maybe choking, then just expired with us helpless to help her. What might cause this to happen? She had no obvious signed of injury. Rest of flock seems fine. Thanks...
