5 week old Silkie....Pullet?

I believe it to be a Pullet

The crest looks rooish. However it is still rather young and silkies are very difficult to sex at a young age.
How is its behavior compared to the others?

Way too young to tell.

Silkies can be tough. I had a buff I thought was a pullet until 8 months of age. Have a friend who was all set to sell a 9 month old cockerel, then he laid an egg. So you may want to wait until that chick crows or lays an egg.
