5 week old with white diarrhea, refusing to eat?

Hi guys,

i have a 5 week old barred rock rooster who is refusing to eat and has slimy white diarrhea. He is already weaker than usual. He lost his brother about 2 days ago, and has moved in with our other 1 week old barred rock chicks. At first, he seemed fine, but a few days ago he just started eating less and less

Here is a photo of his poop.

1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others
barred rock chick, 5 weeks, 240g (has lost weight)
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Refusing to eat, stays under the heat lamp
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
A few days
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
Some diarrhea from the 1 week old chicks
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
Eating poop?
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Standard chick starter crumbles
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Slimy and white, with a little bit of solid brown poop in the middle
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
Fed a teeny amount of raw garlic
10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment?
For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Treat myself, as in lockdown right jow and cannot go to a vet
11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
12) Describe the housing/bedding in use

any help would be much appreciated, he was the only survivor in a batch of 13 eggs!
