Possibly. Do you have any hatchmates?
I bought 5 from S/S; supposed to be pullets, but I'm thinking one's a cockerel. More comb than the other 4 (all hatched /26), larger, & the only one to ever offer to peck me.

Lavender Orpingtons seem to be tough for some reason. I wouldn't say for sure either way for at least 3-4 more weeks, maybe longer. I have two Lavender Orpington pullets and one of them kept me guessing until she was 10 weeks.

These are 2 different chicks

1 is a cockerel
2 is too young, but not showing cockerel signs. Please post pics of the comb at 8 weeks.

I would give them a few more weeks. The first one does have pretty thick legs and it's wattles are coming in, but it's comb is not overly developed yet. I was convinced one of my pullets was a cockerel because she developed so much faster, but they look the same now.
