5 weeks old Golden Laced Wyandottes

Wow what a big difference with you latest pics ...
In the first set, pic 4 the one in the middle & pic 5 the blk/wht one looking cockerel, as does pic 3. The last two pics, 1st pic the middle one looks to be cockerel, 2nd pic the blk/wht one too. Looking at the size & shape of the combs as well as color.

Were they purchased as pullets? If so hang on to them until 8wks and repost pics.

Yes, they were purchased as pullets, at around 7 days old. Paid a fair price for them too, compared to straight run. Just wait and see how those two develop. I don’t mind if one is a cockerel, it happens. But 2 would be very disappointing.

Edit; I made sure to take the photo outside this morning in natural light. The original photo of the two glw was taken last night indoors with the camera flash on.

The silver one looks very suspicious to me as well!

Feed store last night told me to wait another 4 weeks cause it was still too early.

No need to wait , definitely 2 x cockerel and one pullet. You can clearly see the wattles dropping and the redness. Pullets only redden up as they are coming into lay, hormones.
