We ordered all hens from a local hatchery, and suspect we may have rooster? Thoughts? When do their combs and wattles turn red if they are a hen?

Pullets’ combs and wattles will redden around 18 weeks when they are at the point of laying.
Are the pictures of your dark chick the same bird? It’s a cockerel. Many hatcheries throw in a bonus cockerel.
The Ancona looks like a cockerel??? What makes you say that? Her comb isn’t red. The three images are all the same silver laced wyandotte. The one other chick in the picture is likely a Ancona.Both of those look like cockerels
