How are oyster shells hard on non laying hens

Is a enlarged crop that is squishy a sour crop one of my hens is like that but acts fine should I stop giving bread and just do a water mix of Apple cider Vinegar and orgrno they already get orgeno sorry for all the questions I just want to give my hens a happy long and healthy life

Too much calcium can be hard on the kidneys. I can't give veterinarian advice. Generally a sick bird acts sick. If you want you can start another thread in the disease and emergency thread to get some better advice.
