50-100 free ranged hen house?

We are getting our homestead this coming week. Today I found someone who is moving and needs to sell her hens. There are 100. My long term plan is to free range my hens with an electric fence and a moveable coop for night time/safety. Thoughts on the best kind? Are there any for hens that are big enough? Maybe make two or three tractors? I'm new to tho idea.

I'd make a good sized permanent coop with a couple different popdoors and just rotate the electric fencing. The tractor setup sounds like a lot of work with that many chickens. Just make sure they are layers and not retirement hens

They are 12-14 week olds. We have a shed big enough for them, but the location is not ideal and wont work well with the elec fence. We have 5 acres and I really want them working all the land, but hit devouring my garden areas (which will be spread out)
