Anyone make their own quail feed?

Looking for tried and tested homemade feed recipes for quail. Considering getting quail...but if I do so I will mix my own feed, mainly as personal preference. I already do this for my ducks, and I really like knowing each ingredient that I put in and why.

If you've got a recipe to share, do me a favour and let me know the age group / breed / setup your quail are in. This will help me judge if the recipe sounds like it would work for my environment.

P.S. Specifically looking at Bobwhite quail as my breed of choice.
