Looks like a little yolk left

How long does it take to absorb? It's been 12 hours and it doesn't seem to be changing in size

If it doesn't resorb, it will likely dry and fall off.

It shouldn’t take long for that little bit
Maybe 2-4 hours
But if it dries out it can be harder to absorb
I usually put my little ones in a small bowl or cup and wrap baby in dry paper towel just so the forced air doesn’t directly hit the yolk
Hopefully others who have more knowledge on being able to tie it off see this

She unfortunately didn't make it. Thank you all for your help. I think it was an umbilical hernia. What I saw online people have either seen that, a kidney or their intestines but it definitely wasn't the yolk sac. Chickens are quite the learning experience!
