Got my call from Salina post office and drove 90 miles to pick up my chicks yesterday I love that they will call on a Sunday so it saves a day of travel. I think I might have lost a couple of the batams if they would have had to wait longer. OMG the banties are so tiny. I was concerned about one when I pickedup my son on the way home and popped it in my field incubator for the rest of the ride home. Later on I was concerned about a different bantie but maybe it was just trying to sleep I don't know freaked me out. There are in the tubs I bought for the double decker duck brooder I will need when they arrive this week. I bought 2 50g tubs for the chicks but they couldn't find the lids hope they find them when I head back down for the ducks. I have put hardware cloth on the tops of the lids (cats) and set the heat lamps on them and they seem to all be doing fine. Took a few pics last night and will try to get some better ones today was hoping for sunshine to lighten up the room but no more clouds. Will post pics later today.

I'm no expert, but I've been staring at my 7 BCM babies a whole lot since I got them Saturday, and the one you have pegged as a black cochin looks an awful lot like the Marans I have.
Could be one of your cuckoos maybe? They start out pretty black - I have one Cuckoo in with 7 Black Copper Marans and you have to "know" to tell which is the Cuckoo.
Anyway, cuteness overload!!! Good thing I have my own supply of chicks, or I would be drooling over here!!!
