50lb layer feed... how much are you paying for it?

i'm not really sure where its milled. i just know thats what the lady fed her chickens that i helped with and all her chickens were really healthy and good layers so thats what ive been feeding mine. =)

20lb @ Walmart is ~15$. 20lb @ feed store is ~20$

We don't buy 50lbs often enough, so I can't think of it

I see a trend with national brands and that's to repackage feed into smaller 40# bags. The feed store charges the same amount so your feed cost just went up 25%. I had to point it out to the feedstore because they hadn't even noticed.
