Funny you all say Pekins are loud.

I have 4 pekin mixes and they are not loud at all.... or maybe I just don't have enough ducks to notice?

I think Saxony ducks will impress anyone at a show...I don't think they are good layers though. If you want an attractive show duck and a fantastic layer try Welsh Harlequins... sooooo pretty.

But yeah, Saxony sounds like its a good bet for you, now try to find some that are show quality!​

I love my scovies the blue Swedish are fine but not as friendly. Just got Saxony so not sure there yet

Perkins are loud along with mallard,rouen, and khaki campbell.

All my ducks are loud when they get going but I dont care the louder the better...I cant wait for my goslings to start HONKIN all over the place.
