52 New Babies...!!! My oh My... ****UPDATED***

The babies arrived today. There are buff orps,light brahmas,buff brahmas,blue cochins, buff cochins and naked necks... And my free rare chick...which I think is a Dark Brahma. I'm guessing a he as its an awful big chick. Lots bigger than the others anyways.He looks broad and sturdy.May be just a big woman...LOL .. Time will tell. One pic I have included is a pic of one of the NN's. It is a pale yellow with brown stripes on head and back. Wonder what color it will turn out to be???? All the NN's are different colors which is what I wanted but the little one with the chipmunk stripes is already my favorite.

Sorry the pics aren't that good. The infrared of the lights is messing with my pic taking. I think my hubby is going to help me to get some better pics tomorrow. So far everyone is doing great. Drinking,eating their grow gel and starter. And running around having a grand time. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.. So here goes....

****UPDATE**
Here are a few closeup pics I was able to get this morning.Whew!!! Those little guys are hard to get a good pic of. LOL. Got a couple of the naked necks,a buff orp,the dk.brahma, a blue cochin dk. colored, and I believe a blue cochin in a very light color.??Couldn't get the buff cochins,or light and buff brahmas to cooperate today. The 1st two pics are of the same baby.

This next pic is the real light colored baby I think is a blue cochin.??

We have 31 in our brooder now, they are about 2 weeks old. The first thing I noticed is that they are so cute!

The second thing is that your brooder light shade is so shiny clean still. Two weeks and ours is so dusty it looks like it's been hanging there for years.
