I think it's very sweet. The chickens are much faster than he is!

..I'm actually always calm, just feel sorry for the birds, never like to see kids chase birds and bother them. Hate when I see it in public at parks or whatever.. It's obvious they want to be left alone. So what if he is a "little boy" what does that have to do with it? I'm sure you all would allow a child to come into your runs and chase your chickens? Really?? and... think it's "sweet" "cute" ? Come on now

No - not everyone would allow a child to chase the animals. I will not allow chasing of ANY animal on my property. Actually, I would have no problem tell a child to stop chasing ANY animal no matter the location.

While I love children and think they are very cute sometimes, if they "teach" the animal to fear them it has repercussions later.

So lets not convict the guy for letting his child have some fun, but as a rule, this is a bad lesson to teach kids.
