59 eggs on day 15

what kind of incubator are you using?? I am starting to raise quail at school with my agriculture club but am having trouble with my incubator would like to upgrade but i am on a very limited budget.... Thanks for any input cant wait to see the chicks that hatch out of your batch!

It's a cheap incubator, but it works well enough. It needs to be calibrated, and even then I keep extra thermometers and hydrometers in it. If you get it, don't throw out the Styrofoam it comes in. That is actually a big help with keeping the temps stable. I usually only use the top, but if my house is really cold, I use both peices.

Also, I learned the hard way that there was not enough air exchange, so I drilled 4 additional holes in the base to help with that.

Works like a charm now.
 
I was given that incubator! but no packaging came with it. I just now wrapped the sides with foam and have a sweatshirt on the top of it because i ran out of foam..... the temp seems to be getting better only time will tell. thanks!

Just make sure you don't block the air holes or the chicks will suffocate and die in the shell before they hatch. I lost almost 30 ducklings because of that. Also why I drilled a few extra holes.
 
One egg pipped at the wrong end and was trying to zip the egg around longways. I pulled a little shell off and poked a small Hole in the membrane and then moistened with Vaseline. Fingers crossed for the little guy.
