Well I went to TSC and bought a little giant. Wife wasn't that impressed till I pointed out I'm using Christmas money. Even then I could see the flames and smoke building up but then I took her to walmart and let her get some Christmas stuff for the tree. I don't think I'm forgiven but maybe off the hook for a bit.
Today is day 14 for me. I traced the air cells and candled. Couldn't make out any chicks (brown eggs), but if I moved the eggs just right, I could see movement in shadows...so all 7 are still alive!
I was having issues with high humidity in the beginning, so I took all water out and have been dry incubating ever since...I think it was around day 4, 5, or 6. The air cells then were really small (the smallest circles on the eggs). I traced again on day 7...slightly bigger. Then today. That's why there are 3 circles drawn on the eggs.
Are the air cells big enough now that I can bump up humidity? I've been running 16% or lower (16 is the lowest my humidity gauge goes). That's where it's sitting at now. Temp was 102 on top of the eggs, I dropped the temp two days ago to 101. Should I drop the temp down to 100 since I'll be in lockdown in 4 days? What should my humidity be now?

Hmm just opened the new 9200 LG and notice no plastic insert like my gen 1588. Do they sell a plastic insert for this thing or do I have the pain to clean every hatch?
Ugh.......P...U.......found a stinker! It was the one that was cracked.....I guess luck was not so lucky after all. Day 15 candle:

7 FBCM/Black tailed Buff Marans cross
And 1 FBCM is a maybe...well developed, but not moving......we shall see
After all the problems I've had the past few days, I actually turned the incubator temp down. Now it's running about 97/98 degrees. Is this good for the last 6 days?
