5th Annual BYC New Year's Day 2014 Hatch-A-Long

Yay finally it took me one 15 minute break and my lunch to catch up. I set mine at 5:30 am had to go to work. Set 6 Mille eggs (I think) and 3 wheaten AM eggs father is either the wheaten Marans or the splashed Silkied Am. May set another or those if it has no cracks found in coop this morning. Picture when I get home lunch is over gota go

Here is the post of my 2013 NYD hatch a long eggs (for the best hatch rate contest)! I'm so happy the date has come! We have a total of 24 (2 dozen) eggs including the following:
~8 crème colored silkie eggs
~9 white colored silkie eggs
~7 OE mix eggs (green)
I'm soooooo excited!
We now just have to wait 21 days!

Hey All. Sliding in under the wire! My hatching eggs showed up at the p.o. early this morning, so now I get to join the fun for the first time this year. I'm setting:
13 FBCMs
1 silver laced Cochin and, 7 FBCM/black tailed buff marans,

The more the merrier!

21 days is gonna feel soooo long!! I have 40 minutes to wait and then it is time to set mine.

3 Olive Egger eggs (1st gen OE x BCM roo) my eggs
3 Black Copper Marans eggs, my eggs

Yeah now I just need to find someone who has the goals of breeding Naked neck frizzled barred Plymouth rocks. Don't know why but I want one lol

Well, if you can wait till spring, I have a NN roo and some hatchery Barred Rocks You'd need to find the frizzle to complete the equation

Not sure if I was supposed to specify so......13 shipped eggs and 10 from my sister who is also here in West Michigan..all my hens are still on strike after their fall moult, broody, the pullets aren't quite ready to lay yet

SO my eggs just got here they were packaged perfectly and seem to be in good shape! not even cold! im letting them sit now, not sure if i should put them in the bator at noon or let them sit. thank you so much @kara1015
