George looks pretty dried and fluffed, unless you have pips I'd probably move to brooder and dip his/her beak a couple of times, tap at the crumbles on the paper towel, and let him/her settle in under the light for the night.

Are they late? If so, you can put a pip in the big end to see if that make it hatch.
My lone bantam chocolate wyandotte chick. He peeps very loudly for being a little guy (or girl). The two other eggs aren't pipping or peeping. Since I seen no pips, I went ahead and candled them quick. One has zero movement inside, the other one looks like it's breathing very rapidly with no shadow or internal pip in the air cell. I noted the breathing movement under the air cell line. I hope it's not upside down...
