I also got this email from a customer:

"Hello,
I thought you would like to know that 4 very strong and fiesty chicks hatched out of the 6 eggs that I received. One of them had difficulty getting out of the egg. It pipped but was unable to do much more. We may not have had enough water in the incubator at that time or do they grow to big in the egg to be able to move and peck out? Anyway, we decided after 20 hrs of it trying on it's own to help it. I was so panic stricken. But they all are fine and I think their parents must be very strong and healthy too.
So thanks again. I would send you pics but I don't have a lot of internet skills with photobucket or other things either yet.

They are on day 23, so I probably open them up tonight. My first one hatched on day 21 and the 2nd on day 22.
