6 Blue Australorp Project Hatching Eggs - BUY IT NOW!
My son recently acquired a small flock of Black Australorps from a friend. Not sure on their linage, but she bought them at the APA National 2010 in Shawnee, OK. I think Jahdan (11) did well for an 11 year old! He is so proud of his new flock!
These are supposed to be Terry Britt line Black Australorp.
Well, we also have a nice Splash Orpington cockerel.
Jahdan wants me to offer these Blue Australorp Project hatching eggs. When this listing gets a bid, we will place the Splash cockerel with the hens. Then we will start saving eggs. We will ship as soon as possible after payment is received via PayPal. Shipping cost is $15.00 Priority Mail.
All chicks should hatch out blue. Any that hatch black would be pure Australorp. Per the Incubation Seminar, all eggs from the hens that are laid 2 days after the Splash enters the pen will be his. So all eggs we ship should hatch out Blue.
Type will be an issue. These should not be culled until at least 8 months old or older. Then cull for the Australorp type. I would suggest breeding these blue chicks back to a good type Australorp. These are a project and may not be show worthy. But they will get you started down the road to some nice quality Blue Australorps.

If you would prefer pure Black Australorps, please inform us when you bid. We will not use the Splash cockerel unless someone wants the blues.
