I can't believe the amount of stuff the USPS makes you pay for that should be included in the price of mailing a package. They can't promise that your package will not be lost or stolen, left at the wrong address, go to China and back, damaged, opened, or get there in a timely manner unless you pay for it. If I ran a business like that, I'd be out of business.
