Would that really prevent him from crowing? Keeping him in the garage or something at night in an animal crate or something? I don't think I've heard of rooster collars before

I'm hoping that Pepper will be more like our neighbor's rooster and not crow throughout the day and not horribly loudly... all roosters are different! And I have no idea what breed our neighbor's roo is. I've never seen their chickens actually
