6 day old baby chick not eating. drinking, and pooped out a tiny bit of white ooze please help.

My poor chick is very lethargic wont eat and ive been trying to make her drink she pooped a tiny bit of white ooze and has no fecal matter around her vent I don't know what to do please help. I don't think shes going to make it.

Get some electrolyte water (homemade or SaveAChick) into her by dipping her beak into water. Make sure she is warm enough under the brooder. It's possible that she is a weak chick or suffering from shipping stress, but if you try offering her water every hour or so, she may turn around. Place some paper towels down and sprinkle feed on top of it to encourage eating. Here is a recipe:

HOMEMADE ELECTROLYTE SOLUTION
1/2 teaspoon salt substitute*
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon table salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 gallon water
*Salt substitute is readily available in most grocery stores in the spice aisle near the salt, but if you do not have it, don't worry, the solution will still have most of the benefits intended to combat heat stress.
